Following are the requirements for leasing space in IDB Bhaban:
- Application on letterhead of the establishment mentioning area of space you wish to lease should address to:
Chief Executive Officer
IsDB-Bangladesh Islamic Solidarity Educational Wakf (IsDB-BISEW)
IDB Bhaban (4th Floor)
E/8-A Rokeya Sharani
- Photocopy of valid trade license or any other license obtained from proper authority.
- Bank Solvency certificate (current dated and original).
- Bank Accounts Statement of last month (in original).
- Photocopy of VAT Registration Certificate (if any).
- Photocopy of Taxpayers Identification Number (TIN) Certificate (if any).
- Audited Balance Sheet of last year of the firm (if any).
If the company is a private limited concern
- Photocopy of Incorporation Certificate.
- Certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Certified copy of the up-to-date Particulars of Directors (Form-XII) showing the name of the present Managing Director, if required.
- Resolution of the Board of Directors.
In case of partnership concern
- Attested copy of the Registered Partnership Deed.
- Authority and Resolution of the Partners.
General terms and conditions of the lease:
- Typical floor size: Approximately 7,000 sq. ft.
- Security deposit equivalent to 18 (eighteen) months of rent.
- Other terms and conditions as per the standard Lease Agreement
